Hanna DiLorenzo
Managing Director
Hanna DiLorenzo is a multi-disciplinary freelance dance artist from Rochester, NY. She received her training at the Draper Center for Dance Education and performed with the Rochester City Ballet. Later, DiLorenzo earned her BFA in contemporary dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, graduating early and moving to Chicago to join the Hubbard Street Dance Chicago Professional Training program (HS Pro) where she completed her degree. While at HS Pro, she had the opportunity to work with choreographers including Peter Chu, Rena Butler, Alice Klock, Florian Lochner, and Robyn Mineko Williams, and to perform alongside the main company. In 2019, DiLorenzo received the HS Pro Emerging Choreographer award. She has supplemented her training at summer intensives including Springboard Danse Montreal, Hofesh Shechter, and Northwest Dance Project’s Launch.
Today, DiLorenzo is a company member with Little Fire Artist Collective and Boykin Dance Project, as well as a dancer and rehearsal director for Niko 8. As a freelance artist, she has performed works by Braeden Barnes, Brendan Fernandes, Flockworks, Alicia Johnson, Terence Marling, Justin Rapaport Abdiel Figueroa Reyes, and Jessi Stegall. She was also a cover for Robyn Mineko Williams’ Echo Mine. Hanna is thrilled to take on this new role as Managing Director for CMC!
